SOME OF OUR INVENTORY, ASSESSMENT, AND IMPACT STATEMENT PROJECTS

• We prepared draft and final federal environmental impact statements on major residential projects in Frederick County and Montgomery County, Maryland, as required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

• In anticipation of a Federal environmental impact statement on wetland fill permits for a major development in central New Jersey, we prepared a two-volume, interdisciplinary inventory of the 2,000-acre study area. We then used the data to prepare an impact statement required by the Township of Edison, Middlesex County, for a major mixed-use development by one of the principal landowners.

• In Bergen County, New Jersey, we prepared an impact statement to address municipal concerns on a significant residential development.

• In Monmouth County, New Jersey, we provided an impact statement on a golf course and residential development. The document received special commendation from Howell Township.

• In Mercer County, New Jersey, we prepared an environmental impact statement on a residential development in West Windsor Township.
